Corona Virus

Hello readers and welcome back to my blog. Today I will be talking about the Corona Virus but if you don’t want to hear about those things, you don’t have to. So I am pretty sure most people around the world are on a Lockdown but if I’m wrong then I don’t know because I am. Anyways people are getting really sick, I knew that when it was February and that time we weren’t at Christchurch. But it’s not about when I knew about it. I just don’t like how it’s spreading all around the world. It’s just so bad. When I watch YouTube I see people talking about it and they say that they are also on Lockdown. It’s kind of good because we still get to go outside and play. “Please stay safe.” everyone says. So please also listen to them. New Zealand has over 1000 cases now so it’s getting really bad. Don’t worry I do care about the other countries. Like my favourite aunt is living in Australia and they have lots of cases and I am worried about them because there's no Lockdown.

  1. Hi Sadiyah! How are you? I miss seeing your smiley face at school every week day! I agree that Corona Virus is scary and we do need to look after ourselves, we are lucky that our Prime Minister put us in lockdown a lot earlier than other countries as that definitely seems to be helping with stopping the spread. So if we all stay in our bubbles like we have been asked things will keep improving I think. Maybe you could write a post about what you have been doing during isolation? I have been taking my dog Poppy on walks and biking but staying close to home. I've also been making some things like tomato relish and doing some sewing. I look forward to seeing some more blogs from you. Have a good day :)

  2. WOW Sadiyah. You have written HEAPS.It's great to see you using this time to blog.I too, think the Corona Virus is scary.I have seen on the tv how people have to get tested.Maybe you could e-mail your aunty or send her a message on the phone.I have family living in Switzerland and I know that they are in lock down too.
Like Keri said,if we all do our part in keeping safe,we will be doing the right thing. I sing "happy birthday" twice, when I am washing my hands, just like we've been told to do.
Besides blogging, what else have you been doing?.I have been going for long walks with my daughter and dog.I look forward to hearing from you.Keep up the blogging!.

  3. Hello Sadiya.I hope all is going well for you and your family.I have been busy going for long walks with my dog and daughter. We go out into Waterloo Park. There are a lot of people who go out there so I need to make sure that Salt is on his leash so he doesn't go and say 'hello' to the other people and their dogs.
Later on I will be cutting some flowers and leave them at my neighbours letter box. What do you have planned for today?.I look forward to hearing from you.

  5. Good morning Sadiya.
It's the start of the school week through long distance learning.I joined some of the other children and staff from school,on the computer, this morning. It was great to see the children's smiling faces and listening to them talk to their friends.
I am doing my best by looking at children's blogs and leaving a message.
I hope to hear about what you have been doing these holidays.
    Have a great week.
