Hello readers and welcome back to my blog. Today is Friday in the morning and there are 2 more days of school, Monday and Tuesday, until 2021. I was so excited because 3 days ago we have been practising choir. We are doing 2 Christmas songs. I got ready as quick as I could and looked the best I could.
Then we got to school. I was pretty sure that the assembly was going to be at the end of the day but my mum suggested that we ask anyway and then my teacher said that it was in the morning at 9:15. I was shocked. My mum had to go home and change but the time she got back to school the chairs were full and there was no space to sit. So she had to go home. I was so sad but that didn’t ruin my amazing day. We were at the assembly for 1 hour 15 minutes. I thought it was going to be boring but it was so amazing. After like…… 10 minutes I got an Academic Award, then after 2 minutes I got a Musical Award. Then it was the Trusted Trekkers for 2021. I thought that won’t get to be one of them but they called my name! For a second I thought that they were meaning a different Sadiyah. Anyways, I am going to be a Trusted Trekker for next year! Then it was the end of the day.
At the end of the day we got our report cards and an envelope that has our room number and teacher's name on it for next year. I was so excited to see. They gave us a random book and a 2021 calendar. When I got in the car I opened the stuff and I had my favourite teacher. I screamed so loud that my mum got scared, (she never gets scared.)
That was my favourite day of my new school life.
